Trying something new

I am writing this on my blog. I don’t know who reads this, or who doesn’t but I know this page gets indexed to Google. I started a new daily routine. I’m trying to master and better my ADHD. I want to be able to focus enough to finish things, and I think I can do that without taking meds. I’ve tried taking cold showers. Its supposed to help regulate your heart rate. Shock you, (which im not sure how it can do both) but its supposed to also help with breathing, probably because you’re in shock over how cold.
